College manager, Mr. Avi Weissman, is a leading figure of the Information Security community in Israel. He is chairing the Israeli national Forum of Information security IFIS, a commentator and consultant on InfoSec issues in the Israeli electronic media, co-chairing the See-Secure Consulting firm for Cyber Warfare consulting.

The company was established in 2002. Since its birth it was recognized by the Israeli security establishment and worked in closed contact with its various branches. Henceforth, the company was recognized as a standard setting institute in InfoSec and Information Warfare qualification training.
